Money back
Refunds
Short page, because it is a short policy.
Seven days, no questions asked. If you were charged for Upwick within the last seven days and you want the money back, email tazvertising@gmail.com and you get it back.
You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be talked out of it.
How to ask
Email tazvertising@gmail.com from the address on your account and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. There is no form.
Refunds are processed through Stripe back to the card that was charged. Stripe usually takes five to ten business days to put it back, which is their timing rather than ours.
What it covers
- Any charge in the last seven days, including the first one after a trial converts.
- The full amount of that charge. Not a partial or prorated slice of it.
What it does not cover
- Charges older than seven days. Cancel and you will not be charged again, but a month that has already run is not refunded. If something genuinely went wrong — you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling — that is not a refund request, it is a mistake, and it gets fixed whenever you notice it.
- Trading losses. Upwick is a calculator that speaks before you click. It cannot make a losing trade win, and it never claimed it could. Money lost in the market is not something we can give back.
- Fees you paid your prop firm. Evaluation fees, reset fees and account fees are between you and your firm.
You probably do not need this page
Pro has a three-day free trial that does not ask for a reason to cancel either, and cancelling during it means you are never charged at all. The app warns you before the trial converts. If the product is not for you, the trial is the cheaper way to find that out.
Cancelling, which is different
Cancelling stops the next charge and is done from inside the app. It does not end your access immediately — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, because you paid for it.
If you think you were charged wrongly
Please email before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee on top of the refund; an email is answered by a person and is faster for you. The seven-day policy above means there is nothing to argue about anyway.
